WOW! Pastel Opaque powders are delightful soft-hued colours with a high gloss finish. As the name implies they are totally opaque. When used with Melt-It and silicone moulds, you can get a raspberry ripple effect as the white core starts to melt into it, creating a fantastic finished effect.
