WOW! Special Colour Powders These Colour Blends are made on an opaque base (with the exception of Oasis and Heather, these are transluscent) with a mixture of other colours and thus gives a very strong finished colour. This powder is smooth flowing with a lovely glossy depth.
You can get some fantastic effects, the likes of Verdigris, Perissa, Black Magic and One Hundred & One are excellent for mixed media projects.
